Labels Ink LTD customer and prospects

Information processed by Labels Ink LTD will only be used for the purpose of providing a current quotation or with permission, provide a revised quotation in the future.

This information will include a telephone number, email address and details of the request. The data will be stored securely within our accounting software system and used purely for trading only.

The system data is encrypted using industry-standard data encryption, multiple layers of firewalls are in place, all access to the data centres and servers is controlled and monitored 24/7 and is checked with regular security audits.

Visitors to the Labels Ink LTD website

When someone visits www.labels-ink.co.uk, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect information such as the number of visitors. We do this in order to improve the performance of our site over time.

The information collected is not used to identify individuals, nor do we allow Google to identify individuals.

There are areas of our site where we collect personally identifiable information, for example ‘Contact us’. We will always make it clear where we are collecting this information and ask for your consent to store and use it.

Use of cookies on the Labels Ink LTD website

When viewing the Labels Ink LTD website, no information is stored on your computer in the form of a ‘cookie’ or similar file.

We do not allow advertisers or other third parties to place cookies via the Labels Ink LTD website.

Email marketing

We store current and historical quotations securely in our cloud-based accounting software, which is password protected and uses current anti-virus and malware protection.

We may store your name, company details, email address, telephone number and we may contact you by email with information about Labels Ink LTD services.

Your rights
